Cord cutting is such a magical and transformational meditation.
In this video I talk you through it all A to Z so you are safe, surrounded by light and love and feel the beautiful release, as well as fill yourself back up with Light.
Why a cord cutting meditation?
There are many people, circumstances and even objects can connect or hook on to us via energetic cords that are toxic and literally suck the life force out of us.
Cords generally cause us to feel drained, tired and unhappy, like we don't have enough energy to take care of ourselves.
Once we cut the cords, and the toxic portion of the relationship/ circumstance, then are able to heal ourselves. Cords may need to be even with the people closest to you, like family - it doesn't mean your connection will be lost, it means the energetic toxic part of the relationship will be released and you will feel energetically free.
We all have cords, and if you have never done a cord cutting meditation or ceremony, you will highly benefit from doing it a few times - you will intuitively know if that means daily or weekly or monthly.
