I'll give you the short version and the long version :)
I am a Certified Meditation Teacher, Reiki Master, and Life Coach with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business. I have studied several other disciplines like Theta Healing and Yoga & I grew up with a Catholic and Mormon Religious backround which has evolved as I left religion for a strong spiritual connection with God, Creator of All That Is.
My job is to help you connect to your Heaven Within, to help you fall in Love with Yourself and find your true Happiness! To recognize the Goddess that you are and tune into your ability to create the life you desire. To find your Heaven Within.
I've been practicing Meditation, Gestalt Therapy & Dreamwork (one of my favs), and many other subconscious reprogramming techniques for over 10 years now. I grew up in Torino, Italy and later came to Salt Lake City, Utah, following my instinct at a young age - I just knew I needed to be on this side of the world. I have been blessed to learn from Shamans and Gurus and I have developed a gift of intuitive connection with all Cosmic Universal Energy. I have a big passion for all things Astrology, and everything I do is based on the Cycles of the Moon, because the Moon is the divine ruler of our subconscious, of all things feminine and of our emotions - and emotions are what get us what we want and desire! They (our emotions) are the juice that powers our manifesting abilities, so its super important to have it all in synch!
So this is how Moon Babes was born, I found my divine connection with the Moon, and manifesting by the Moon Cycles is a REAL thing! Who knew. I sure didn't before I dove into this way of doing life the happy way.
I love to create Moon Meditation Events and create Digital Courses in synch with the Cosmos. My intention for any of my events and courses is to create profound and sacred experiences that get you to discover your true happiness, how to stay in alignment and manifest the life of your dreams! I call this, Heaven Within. I want you to feel comfortable and enjoy having profound experiences of soul connection, tuning into your divine purpose, and experience pure blissful child like joy. I want you to know how amazing you are, and that you have the ability to feel loved beyond what you can image.

I've been on my own Awakening Journey since 2008, when I tapped into my forgotten ability to see energy & Auras around people. I re-learned how to tune in to the forces of the Universe and discovered how to navigate the energy of the unseen realms.
I have been taking on one-on-one clients for over 10 years now, for all Life Coaching: Business, Love and Spiritual.
Along my journey, applying my own knowledge in my life, I have healed many things, that I now can understand and help you through.
My personal journey included:
Healing my Health: I conquered Immune Dysfunction diseases that I was told I never could. From Fibromyalgia to Endometriosis to High Blood Pressure and Epstein Barr - Yes, it is all possible. I used to get sick every winter and every time I traveled, and now, I have amazing health! I’m here to share how I did it and you can too!
Healing my Family Relationships, with family that had “disowned” me, and is now closer than ever. We even talk about all the “out there spiritual things”.
Healing my Love: after many heartbreaks attracting the wrong things and kind of people, multiple broken engagements and deep despair… I decided to get on the true love for myself path. And then I manifested my husband straight from a list on my journal – true story. I also healed many challenges in my marriage. (there will be specific courses coming on that as well, so stay tuned)
Healing my Work: after years of working in Corporate America, I have created my own Business and Brand that I LOVE – I have figured out how to tap into my true passion for life, and turn it into a business. And now I have a business that fulfills my soul and I get to share share magical happy stuff from my heart every day!
All of this learning and navigating to find happiness, love and health, I was meant to share. And it is all broken down into the courses I develop for you along with the knowledge, the how to’s, + aaaalllll the magical stuff!
We all deserve to tune into the amazing divine beings we all are, and find our blissful Joy, Happiness and Heaven Within. This is our Birthright!
My favorite meditation practices include Kundalini, Sacred Geometry and Astral Travel. Now, I know this may sound a bit intimidating if you don't know what it is - but really its not and its a lot of fun! Everything I teach, I will walk you through step by step, and I promise anyone can do it! Its like the most fun + profound meditations. People always meet their Angels and Guides and have the coolest experiences. And this is why I love to be the Cosmic Meditation Guide!!
Over the past year, I have poured my heart and my knowledge into developing Online Courses that incorporate Meditation, the Moon Cycles and other High Vibrational Living Practices + subconscious reprogramming for happiness that I can't wait for you to try!
