DETAILS:
This Full Moon in Libra at 29 degrees is bringing that next level closure to many things in our lives, in order to find harmony & balance as result. That means next level detoxing and reconciling with ourselves, to truly deeply embrace all the parts of ourselves, the parts of our soul that we may have "lost" along this journey on Earth.
Every time we make a decision that is not in alignment with our true essence, its like a piece our soul is "dislocated" from our being. If you think back through those decisions we all at some point feel like "we have to make for the greater good" ... well, there's a lot of soul fragments out there.
This Libra Full Moon opens that portal for us to go get "our pieces" back.
I have tears as I write this, because I know how many of you feel like "omg its like my job is sucking my soul" or "I don't even know who I am anymore I am so lost" ... and I know what is possible for you on the other side.
Its time to get yourself back.
Your Power.
Your Lifeforce Energy.
Your ancient wisdom.

Full Moon in Virgo Astral Projection Experience
DETAILS
This a super powerful Full Moon at 0 degrees of Virgo, happening right after the big transit of Chiron into Aries. It happens in the light of the very powerful Royal Star Regulus, the star of willpower & executive decisions that is associated with the Healing Archangel Raphael. It is the most healing Full Moon of 2019.
This Moon marks a huge Consciousness shift as old systems & beliefs dissolve and we step into our own higher frequency, our higher self frequency.
What we will be doing:
We are going to be starting this meditation with powerful Kundalini breath work, then using Sacred Geometry to safely travel our own chakra energy pillar to our higher self & going to the zero point energy of creation.
Don’t worry if this is your first time accessing higher Consciousness in the Astral Planes, I will walk you through step by step and connect with each one of you remotely via the quantum field to make sure you are safe and coming along ~ this is a gift I have that allows me to hold you all energetically and talk you through what’s happening.
Think of me as your cosmic tour guide ;) We work with breath, intention and the power of the mind. It feel like a powerful visualization that you can feel / connect the energy from, like chills etc.
Also, I will talk you through the Sacred Geometry. It’s all mental visualization that activates a safe energy field of protection around you, like the white Light we always use to surround ourselves with for protection and good vibes. In this Meditation, we will be using Metratron’s Cube & I will send the image of it via email with the Zoom link so you can have a mental reference for it. ✨
It’s going to feel AMAZING. You will be able to heal at a cellular level of traumas and dissolve lower timelines + attune (vibrate equally as) the higher Ascension frequencies blasting in on our planet right now.

New Moon in Aquarius ~ Inner Child Self Love Meditation
DETAILS
Under the influence of this Full Moon in Aquarius, we will be feeling the need for Unity, for coming together.
Let start inwards first. Come together with your inner most self, and let's go on a journey of self love.
Loving yourself is the most important thing you can do,
but where do you really start in order to make a difference?
The answer is, your Inner Child. And I will guide you through this beautiful process.
In this online meditation we will be using creative ways to connect within to our beautiful inner child within,
to access deeper levels within ourselves where we so deeply want to and need to feel loved.
And you will "LOVE ON YOURSELF" in ways that break down the old programs and barriers
that keep replaying the same stories you are so tired of repeating.
Let's step into higher frequencies, vibrate higher, and love ourselves through it all.
What you will need for this Ceremony:
* when you pick out these items, have fun with the process! it doesn't have to be perfect, its meant to get your creativity flowing, so work with what you have and what you feel drawn to using)
- a candle (incense/ palo santo if you have it)
- a printed photo of you when you were a child - or one that you find online that feels like it fits your inner child
- your journal or special paper to write on
- pen > optional color pens/ markers
OPTIONAL: any or all of the following ❤︎
- a poster board - this can also be two printer papers taped together (so 2 of the 8 1/2 by 11 inches or similar papers)
- a stack of sticky notes or little papers you can write on and glue on the poster
- tape or glue
- glitter, stickers, and any other little decorative fun items you may want to stick on your poster
- your favorite song ready to play! :)
What we will be doing:
Balancing Kundalini breathwork (anyone can do this, I will talk you through it) to tune inwards and guided meditation connection with our inner child. We will be shedding layers of negative programming and loving ourselves through to the other side of the life we are in the process of creating.
We will be meditating + doing our inner child poster so make sure you have a place to sit to meditate and also space to get your writing/ project on :)
This is going to be such a beautiful and fun meditation. It will be emotional in the best possible way, reconnecting you to that joy you had when you were a child. It will be magical, and it will be amazing. And I will hold the space for healing and miracles for you, every step of the way.
